Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gonzalez-Murillo Family with 1 Child
Looking for a nanny to join us in Lake Oswego, starting ASAP!
We're first-time parents to Rumi, who turns 6 months old on Sept 29th, and we're looking for a warm, engaged nanny on an alternating schedule:
Week A: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week B: Tuesday, Thursday
Then repeating. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
We both work from home, so care happens in our house while we're here, around but heads-down most of the day.
What we're looking for:
Familiarity with Montessori or low-stimulation caregiving, or genuine curiosity about learning it. We're screen-free for Rumi.
Spanish or Russian is a wonderful bonus, not a requirement. Ricardo grew up in Mexico City and speaks Spanish to Rumi, Olya was born in Russia and speaks English and Russian, and grandma Zoya speaks Russian too.
Comfort with our dog Nala, a 9-year-old blind husky who is genuinely low-key. She sleeps most of the day and is easy on leash. Morning walks alongside the stroller, and optionally again around 4 PM, 30 minutes to an hour.
Comfort driving. Not needed at first, but as Rumi gets older we'd love outings to the park, the zoo, etc. You're welcome to use our car.
As employers, we're clear about what we're asking and we put it in writing. We pay on time, we don't spring last-minute changes, and childcare doesn't quietly turn into housekeeping.
Our process is an interview (remote is fine), then an in-person meet and greet, and we're open to a paid trial day after that.
You'd be part of the earliest memories that shape how Rumi understands home and attachment, so we're hoping to find someone open to bonding and growing into that relationship over time.

Babysitter Job: The Taliulu Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a nanny for our two children, ages 2 and 4. We recently relocated from Manhattan where we had the same nanny for 4 years whom we loved dearly. She lead with love and shared her Filipina culture and food with our daughters.
We both work busy jobs and sometimes require overnight support when we travel.
We have a backyard and lots of room to play and learn. There would be minimal driving required. We’re not looking for a housekeeper, or any household chores beyond preparing meals for the girls during the day.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
