A little bit about us

We are the Joslyn’s!

Our younger son is almost 6 months old and our older son, almost 3 years old, is in daycare full time. Dad works full time and mom is a PhD Candidate looking for part time help during some weekdays so she can get some research and writing done.

Responsibilities include playing, feeding (mom nurses, but bottles may be involved if/when mom is away), putting down for naps, and light housekeeping/meal prep related to care for our younger son. He is learning to sit and will be starting solid foods soon, so familiarity with BLW and this stage of infancy is a plus. Occasional date night availability is a bonus but not a requirement!

Mom will be home most of the time working in a home office, but will be away occasionally for errands and appointments. As noted, our preference is to find help three days a week for 5 hrs/day. Even if these hours are not ideal, please do reach out; we can be a bit flexible on timing.

This is a shorter term gig that extends through mid February 2027. If you like babies, houseplants, and cats, and if you are looking for a 6-month position, please send along your availability! We look forward to meeting you.

Looking for a part time nanny for a 4 to 5 month old in Aug / Sept 2024. We are looking for hours of 9am - 4pm 4 days a week, but can be flexible on the exact times (say 9-5 3 days a week, and a half-day one day a week).
