**Live-In Nanny Needed (Newborn – Full Time)**

We are expecting our first baby within the next week and are looking for a **reliable, experienced live-in nanny** to join our family and help us through the newborn stage.

We’re a laid-back, respectful household and want someone who is calm, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.

**What we’re looking for:**

* Strong experience with newborns (this is very important)
* Someone patient, trustworthy, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a home where mom is present full-time
* Able to help create a consistent routine for the baby

**Responsibilities:**

* Newborn care (feeding support, diapering, soothing, sleep routines)
* Helping with night care a few nights per week
* Baby laundry and keeping nursery/baby areas organized
* Bottle prep and cleaning
* Supporting mom so she can rest and recover

---

**Schedule:**

* Live-in position
* Main hours during the day (Monday–Friday)
* Some evening and night help (2–4 nights/week)
* Weekends are lighter, with occasional help if needed

We’ll work together to create a schedule that feels balanced for everyone.
