Part-Time Nanny Job: The Kanber-agha Family with 2 Children
Hi there, my wife goes to collage and comes home typically 5-7pm and we need someone to help us part time around 16-20hours a week at evening between 5-9pm to feed, change diaper, light house work and get them ready to sleep. and on weekends at agreed times to look after the kids. Price and hours to be agree upon. thank you.
Responsibilities (ideally):
Pick up kids from day care (10min away), feed kids, help tidy kids stuff & light house work, clean them up, change diaper ready to sleep. We understand not everything is possible but at bear minumum someone who knows how to be around kids, not give up when they say now, follow and take care of them like family
Additionally, during weekends look after kids for few hours to be agreed upon if your time permits. not a must.
Lastly, we basiclly need help with kids in the AM around 1hour and PM from 5-8pm. We have an additional room and my husband only visits once every two weeks during the weekend. If you like and we can make an arrangement that is good for you and us, we can give you a room for yourself..

We have a baby boy due this Fall (2023) and are hoping to start a part time nanny March of 2024 when he will be approximately 6 months old. We would love to be with other families as well to get that socialization but love the more intimate environment of a nanny share for both the kiddos and the parents. We would preferably like coverage Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-6:00pm and are open to being in a nanny share where either others who are full time or other family/families that also want a part time schedule. We would want general infant care such as feeding, diapering, stimulating developmentally appropriate activities, tummy time, naps, reading, etc. CPR and BLS certification required with adequate background check. Would love recommendations from previous families as well. We are open to having it at our house or at others' houses as well as long as properly baby-proofed. We will be responsible for pick up and drop off (or may be at our house) and the nanny would not be responsible for that. We have two dogs and would keep them on a certain level/the daycare on a certain level. We would love to have them let outside once daily into our fenced backyard with no other care for them necessary. Carson is getting ready to go to kindergarten soon and is still struggling with potty training, using utensils, drinking out of open cups (improving), table manners (improving) and general manners (also improving). He loves to learn, especially with letters and numbers! He is very active. He loves to write, sing, and dance!
Caiden is on time with his milestones. He is loves banana! He is still on formula (32oz/day) and on baby food as well. He can sit up on his own, but still has some body control issues. He is not crawling but scooting across the floor. He is currently teething and taking Tylenol.
They both love to watch Ms. Rachel on Youtube (Caiden especially), and Caiden loves Goo Goo and Gas Ga. They both loves to listen to white noise while taking naps. I have a schedule for them I will share that fits in our everyday routine.
Carson loves his cellphone! However, majority of the time, he is playing his educational games. On Youtube, he loves Lucas and Friends and anything with the alphabet letters!
Currently, I am working on some things with them both, With Carson, we care working on potty training. I would like some help on how to get him to actually use the potty! We care working on saying/writing sight words, sentences, and his name. Also, writing inside the gridlines on pre-school wring paper, problem solving workbook to help understand directions, and a fun Math workbook. If, we could continue to work on that with him and also I am welcome with additional ideas that are suggested. With Caiden, we are working being around his brother more for bonding. We are working on his crawling, walking, and his balance.
I work Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
In additional to my boys, I do have two small pets. A Shih Tzu and a cat.
