A little bit about us

M-F 8:45-4pm, in October for 5 month old baby girl. We have a big friendly dog too who is very gentle with kids. We want someone who is experienced with infants, has safety training... (First aid, CPR training), specializes in child development (are you going to school to be a teacher? Have you worked in a preschool or a daycare?). We are active, overachievers who eat healthy. We care about this for our daughter as well. We want someone who will be engaged with her interactions, not someone staring at their phone. No phones. We read a lot, and spend time outside. Interactive play, etc. I work from home so I will be there to provide guidance. Need someone reliable and timely.
Not someone who will call in sick 1-2 times a week, as my job is demanding. Looking for nanny share opportunities as well to reduce cost.
