I work from home and my husband is a medical resident, we both work 12 hour shifts so when our schedules overlap occasionally we need childcare for a 12 hour shift, but hours and days vary by week and right now it’s a part time position. We also need childcare on occasional weekends.

I will ask that you supervise them eating dinner if they aren’t already finished, & get them to brush their teeth & put them to bed. They will be asleep the rest of the night, maybe the will wake once but a bathroom break &/or only comforting them will get them back to sleep. My daughters are 3 & 5 they love “reading” their books as they are still learning, & they love being read to. They are pretty easy to get to bed. & they actually enjoy brushing their teeth.
