Warm family in McLean, VA seeking a highly experienced part-time evening nanny for our sweet 2-year-old daughter. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday, 5–8 PM (9 hours/week guaranteed). Start date: flexible/ASAP.
We’re looking for someone calm, attentive, and genuinely engaging—able to lead a smooth evening flow: play/reading, serving a simple toddler dinner or snack (with cleanup), and bath–pajamas–story wind-down. We’d also appreciate gentle potty-training support as appropriate (reminders, diaper/pull-up changes, and reinforcing our routine).
Light, shift-related household support only: resetting toys/play areas, child dishes, child laundry as needed, and a quick kitchen/common-area reset. No deep cleaning.
Ideal candidate brings toddler experience, excellent references, and dependable communication. CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain). We offer a top-market hourly rate ($35–$45/hr, depending on experience) in a respectful, organized home environment, and we’ll request a background check.

We're looking for a full-time Nanny to look after our 9-month-old son in Langley, starting as soon as is convenient. He's a very happy, easy baby. Ideally someone who could help with his meals and laundry. We have a labradoodle too, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.
