Full-Time Nanny Job: The Herman Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and engaging full-time nanny to join our family and help care for our daughter, Remi. Remi was born prematurely, so experience with infants and/or early childhood development is especially welcomed and appreciated. We’re hoping to find someone who is patient, attentive, and confident supporting developmental milestones in a nurturing environment.
We also have a very friendly 20 lb Shih Tzu named Chewie, so comfort around dogs is important.
Our goal is to find a long-term nanny who can truly grow with our family and become a trusted, consistent presence in Remi’s life. We value open communication, reliability, warmth, and someone who enjoys creating a calm, loving, and development-focused atmosphere.
Ideal experience includes:
* Infant care experience (premature infant experience is a plus)
* Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* Comfortable with light baby-related housekeeping (bottles, baby laundry, tidying play areas)
* Non-smoker with reliable transportation

Hi! My baby is due this November. She will be 6 months by June, which is the latest I will need to start with a nanny. I mainly work from home, but one day a week I will need help while my husband and I are in the office. The day will vary, and will be either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday from around 7 AM - 5 PM. We may need an additional day, so it could be up to 2 days a week. We have a small boston terrier who can be in her crate. We have another daughter who is 9 and does not need care at this time.

We have a small pet but he stays to himself. Also only responsibility would be to care for the kid which includes changing his diaper, dressing him, taking him to the park occasionally, playing with him and feeding him his lunch.
