We are relocating to ABQ and seeking a kind, reliable full-time nanny for our 15-month-old daughter. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with 40 guaranteed paid hours/week at $20/hour, even if we dont need the full day. Benefits include 10 PTO days, 8 paid sick days, 6 paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement for outings. I prepare all meals in advance - they only need to be warmed and served. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging through age-appropriate activities, reading, & crafts and is reliable. Duties include childcare, toddler laundry, tidying play areas, washing toddler's dishes, & running errands on days I do not need childcare. CPR/First Aid, toddler experience, 3 references, and a clean driving record required. We hope to find someone long-term! We do have one mini Aussie, but pet care is not needed.

We both work in healthcare, so we have varied work schedules. We are looking for assistance with our two boys, Milo is 2 and Finn just turned 1. We often need help in the early mornings to help get them to daycare so typically 6am-8am, and occasional afternoons to pick them up from daycare, help get them fed and occasional bedtimes. 4pm-630/7. We work occasional weekends so those days would be more extended hours 630-4pm but that also may vary. We also are always looking for someone for occasional date nights! We understand our schedule is complicated and we tend to ask for help a lot of times last minute. Looking for someone or a few people that are flexible.
