We had a wonderful nanny/sitter for the past three years who moved into a career path better suited for her future (which while sad for us, we are so happy for her!)
Usually we like 2-3 weekdays and one weekend night but not more than 3-4 days a week. Days can be flexible based on what works for both parties.

They are 2 and 3 year old boys, just have to overlook at them and engage them while we are out and my friends parents would also be available in the house so you are not totally alone as well with the kids. We just need someone to overlook at them while they are playing.
