A little bit about us

We are a growing family with three kiddoes (currently) ages four, two, and two months. We would love to develop a relationship with a few great babysitters who can range from our primary sitter to occasional or backup help, as our schedule varies and isn't always feasible for one sitter. Most of our childcare needs range from 7:30 pm and onward, and some weekends, although about twice a month I am in need of a morning sitter as well. A polyglot who is well-versed in Spanish and Hebrew would be appreciated, but is not a requirement for hire. We love reading, playing, climbing, exploring, and learning new challenges. Our sitters are encouraged to do the same, and while we do not require a certain experience level, we do expect that there is a desire to learn and grow each day.

A little bit about us

Our family currently consists of 8 children: 4 boys and 4 girls, 7 of which will be under the care of the nanny. We are in need of a candidate willing to work 5 days (M-F, 7a-5pm) and one half day Saturday (7a-12p) a month. We are looking for a nanny who is comfortable driving our children to school and picking them up as my husband and I leave for work very early in the morning. (Vehicle will be provide, license in good standing is required) Once the children are dropped off, the nanny will continue the care of our 2 youngest daughters. Our children are vegetarian, so we need someone comfortable with preparing vegetarian snacks/meals. Nanny will be expected to help in providing breakfast, snacks, school packed lunches, and dinner.
Nanny must be comfortable helping with homework and helping reinforce structure through cleaning up, chores, and extracurricular activities. We want a candidate that is competent and punctual, having the energy to keep up with our children's energy, someone who can find creative ways to keep them busy in constructive ways, who is creative in redirecting and de-escalating, who is good at time management, who are not only honest but also has great patience, and can work harmoniously with others. We are also looking for a candidate willing to accompany us on vacations and outings. Pay is negotiable. Looking for immediate start candidates.
