We are a high-energy, very busy family juggling numerous extracurricular activities for our children while managing our own businesses. Our home is a dynamic and lively environment where there's always something happening. We are looking for a mother's helper who can keep up with our active lifestyle and help us maintain a well-organized household.
We have two super cute kids who need supervision. Our special needs daughter has autism, and our other daughter has Type 1 diabetes. We need someone who is comfortable with these conditions. Your primary focus will be to assist the mother with organizing various activities and ensuring the house is tidy and well-maintained after the children’s activities.
Role:
Often, a parent is in the house but needs an amazing helper. Your responsibilities will include playing with our girls, helping with housework and laundry, cleaning up, organizing projects, and assisting our 10-year-old and our 19-year-old with special needs with walks, communication, and activities.

If you have any background or interest in autism, special needs, or Spanish speaking, please let us know! We are looking for a dynamic, patient, fun, and self-starting individual.
Requirements:
Own reliable car
CPR and First Aid certification (classes will be provided)
