We’re seeking a kind, patient, and attentive nanny for our 11-month-old daughter, Rya. She is currently in early intervention for speech-language pathology and occupational therapy, and we’re looking for someone who can support her development in a calm, encouraging way.
Schedule: 2–3 hours per day, 2–3 days per week (flexible).
Location: Thornton, CO.
Parents: Both work from home and will typically be present during care hours.
Responsibilities:
Gentle engagement and play that encourages sensory, motor, and communication development.
Support with feeding (she occasionally chokes/gags, so close attention and patience are essential).
Help with nap routines (she can be a tough sleeper).
Light household support related to baby care (tidying play areas, prepping bottles/snacks).
Preferred Qualifications:
Background or current studies in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), Early Childhood Education, or related field.
Infant experience and CPR/First Aid certification.
Kind, reliable, and comfortable collaborating with parents and following early intervention strategies.
