Child will be 4 months old, only child. Hiring for 1pm- 7pm Monday- Friday. If we ever needed care past 7pm (very rare but may happen in emergency situations) we would pay time and a half past 7pm. We already have a nanny hired for the morning shift. (We have one cat.)

I have a 2 and 3 year old and my brother in law has a newborn and 2 year old. We are looking for someone full time to go between the two households to help with the children.
Grandma and grandpa help a lot too so part of the time the nanny will assist them.
We also would like someone available for occasional nights for date nights.
And someone who will do basic housekeeping if the kids are occupied or sleeping.
Help with pick up or drop off from day care would be nice but not mandatory.
We would love someone who speaks Serbian/ Montenegrin ♥️
