***** The Schedule *****
Primary Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Start time can be altered if need be.
- Flexibility: As an Education major, my course load changes per semester. I’m looking for someone who can adapt with me as my class schedule shifts.
- Weekends: Occasional weekend help, but we usually reserve that for family downtime.
***** Responsibilities & Expectations *****
- Active Play: He needs someone who is happy to be outside with him or sitting on the floor for puzzles and Legos.
- Academic Support: He is academically on track (and a great conversationalist!), but we are currently focusing on information retention. I’m implementing a "read, write, repeat" system, so I’d love a nanny who is comfortable incorporating light, structured learning into the day.
- Transition to Kindergarten: He starts school in August. For now, there is no transport needed, but we’ll be preparing for that transition over the next few months.
- Pet Friendly: You don't need to "work" for our pup, but you should be comfortable with a pup who occasionally wants to join in the fun or just lounge nearby.
The ideal fit is someone patient, energetic, and communicative. If you have a background in early childhood development or just love the "explorer" lifestyle, we’d love to meet you!
