This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys children, likes helping a home run smoothly, and is comfortable in a structured but kind family environment. I value reliability, good communication, patience, and someone who takes pride in their work and becomes part of our daily life over time.
The role averages approximately 50 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday. My daughter is in school most of the day, so the position includes both childcare responsibilities and household support while she is at school.
Childcare responsibilities include:
• Morning school preparation and school drop-off
• Afternoon school pick-up
• Driving to activities, camps, appointments, and playdates
• Preparing meals and snacks for my daughter
• Helping with after-school and evening routines
• Keeping her spaces organized and tidy
• Creating a calm, positive, and engaging environment for her
While my daughter is in school, I’m looking for help with keeping the home organized and running smoothly, including:
• Children’s laundry and clothing organization
• General tidying and organization
• Keeping the kitchen, playroom, and common areas neat
• Light household upkeep
• Grocery shopping and household errands as needed
• Simple meal prep
• Watering plants and helping maintain outdoor spaces
Requirements:
• Experience with young children
• Conversant in English
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Non-smoker
• Strong references required
The position includes a private bedroom and bathroom in Coral Gables. Overnight support is required because I travel for work a few times a month.
I’m looking for someone dependable, caring, organized, and interested in a stable long-term role with a respectful family.
