A little bit about us

Hi all! I am hoping to set up a nanny share with another family who would hopefully have a baby around my daughter’s age. We would be looking to start in mid- to late August when I go back to work after maternity leave. At that time, she will be around 6 months old. Ideally, we would be looking for Monday - Fridays (timing is a little flexible and we can discuss that, but somewhere in the range of 8 am - 5 pm each day). We would be happy to share hosting or host entirely at our home (we are on the North Andover/Middleton border near Harold Parker). Our home is on a very quiet, private road with plenty of outdoor space for play. We also have play spaces set up inside.

About us:
* My husband and I both work from home (he is a software engineer and I work in marketing)
* We are fully vaccinated (and boosted)
* LGBTQ+ friendly

We have been holding off interviewing nanny candidates so that we can work with whatever family we would be sharing with, but can happily take on the search solo if you’d prefer. Qualities we would be looking for in a nanny:
* Experience, especially with infants
* CPR/first aide training
* Good driving record and their own transportation
* Punctual, friendly, loyal, and positive
* Willingness to help prepare/clean up snacks and meals
* Covid vaccinated and boosted

We would be looking to spend around $15/hour per family (so a total of $30/hour).

Please feel free to send me a private message if you’re interested and we can set up a time to talk.
