A little bit about us

We are busy and fun loving family with three teenagers and an adorable mini golden doodle named Lola. Mom works full-time as a physician and dad works at home.

Like their parents, our children are highly motivated and they struggle with learning challenges. Our oldest has been diagnosed with autism and we all have ADHD. Our oldest is sweet, generous, silly, and charming - he loves tennis and bike riding. Our girls love to dance and sing, play volleyball and soccer and they are very social.

We are looking for a warm and structured childcare professional who can multitask and communicate well. Our ideal sitter is a partner who can take feedback and is proactive. Knowledge and experience with children with anxiety, ADHD, and Autism is required.

The position involves working two weekday evenings as well as occasional date nights. The weekday evenings are somewhat flexible but will be consistent once they are set.

Responsibilities include help with meal prep, errands, homework support, driving children to activities / social events, and connecting with the kids (without screens).

We welcome messages from patient and fun sitters with lots of experience with multiple teenagers who have special needs.

A little bit about us

Hello! We are looking for a nanny starting as soon as possible. We currently live in Watertown but will be moving to Lexington in the middle to end of September. We have a 16 month son who's very bright & social and a baby girl on the way. This role would begin with taking care of our son, then continue as we transition to a family of 4, helping with the newborn as well. When the new baby arrives I’ll be at home 90% of the time & you will be with all of us. I do expect to transition back to work after the holidays, 1-3 days a week & my husband will going back to work as soon as it feels right. That could be after 2-3 weeks. We both own our own businesses so getting back to work is important but we do have flexibility to be home if needed. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is CPR certified. We are very family oriented and hope the person we find will feel like part of our own family!
