The schedule will vary, as my work schedule is unique and requires someone extremely dependable.
Pay is increased for evenings and weekends. We offer a minimum pay for weeks we don't need you, or only need you 1 day, you will still get pay for that week.
Extra pay if you'd like to work while our preschooler is at school doing groceries, cleaning, taking the dogs for walks, etc. We offer 2 flex days a month if you are unavailable. One week paid vacation during the summer, and overtime pay.
Drop off and pick up our preschooler. Drive the older kids to sports practices or friends houses as needed. Nearly everything is within 5-10 minutes of our house.
Care for the older children after school will be mainly checking that they get their homework and chores done, and making sure they get outside for awhile and supervise their cooking.

Hi! We’re looking for a reliable, kind, and even tempered babysitter to help with occasional date nights—likely once or twice a month for anywhere from 4-10 hours. Times would be mostly afternoon into evenings, usually on the weekend.
Our 2.5 year old is an overall easy going, independent, active child with age appropriate behaviors. His only struggle is a slight speech delay but he can still effectively communicate his wants and needs.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s experienced, responsible, and enjoys spending time with kids. This would be on an as-needed basis, but we’d love to build a long-term relationship with someone our family feels comfortable with!
Let us know if you’re interested we’d love to chat!
