We are looking for a fun and energetic nanny to care for our 16-month old daughter. We are on waitlists for daycares, but it seems it’s going to be longer than expected.
I (mom) work from home and my husband goes to the office. Additionally, grandparents are with us temporarily. They like to help out where they can, but also like to take breaks and do things around the house.

Days/Hours: Approximately 28+ hrs a week. Occasionally we would also like someone that can provide care for a date night on the weekends or babysitting outside of typically scheduled hours.
Expectations: prepare healthy lunch for children, light cleaning (helping to teach children clean up after themself), promote teaching environment (work with child learning colors, talking, spelling etc), reinforce positive behaviors (manners, being respectful, etc), spending time outdoors as much as possible, & putting child down for nap. Occasionally we would need care for all 3 children (if our oldest child’s school is closed or for a similar reason).
