A little bit about us
Session 1: 8am-12pm
Session 2: 12pm-3:30pm.
I will need someone who is able to care for him and assist in dropping him off if he still has an afternoon session. For example:
"If his morning session is canceled, we are typically made aware the night before or at 6-7am the day of. I would need someone who can sit with him in my home and assist with his needs and care as well as drop him off at his facility around noon. If his afternoon session is also canceled or he is out sick, you would need to be with him 8am-330pm."
I work 8-5 in Gastonia, his father works 5am-til he is complete with his work for the day. There are times you may not need to stay for the entire morning/afternoon as his father will come home. If there is an emergency, we will both immediately come home.
He is a sucker for pb&j’s, oranges, and Mickey Mouse and has a million and one toys. He is non-verbal autistic and communicates via sign language and by taking you to the things he may want/need.
We have cameras in our home and will be able to assist/monitor to be sure that he is not confusing or taking advantage of you (he is very sweet, and uses it to his advantage for snacks and candy?)
