A little bit about us
We are looking for a dependable, caring, and engaging nanny for our family in Franklin. Care would primarily be for our almost 2-year-old daughter, Addie. Our son is typically in school or summer camp during the weekdays, though there may occasionally be days he is home as well.
The schedule would mainly be Monday through Thursday. Ideally, we are looking for coverage from approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, but we do have some flexibility and a schedule closer to 9:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM could also work for the right fit. Occasional Fridays may be needed, though they would generally be infrequent.
Our nanny unexpectedly quit, so we are hoping to find someone ASAP who is reliable, flexible, and looking for a positive long-term fit with our family.
We would love to find someone who:
• Has prior childcare or nanny experience
• Has reliable transportation
• Is comfortable with pets
• Is CPR/First Aid certified
• Is dependable and communicates well
• Is comfortable with a parent occasionally working from home
• Speaks Spanish (preferred but not required)
Light housekeeping related to the children and keeping play/common areas tidy would also be appreciated.
I currently work from home part of the time, although I have been transitioning to working more out of my wife’s office. We want someone who is comfortable in that environment and confident caring for children independently throughout the day.
We are also expecting our third child, a daughter, later this August, so we would love to find someone interested in building a longer-term relationship with our family.
We truly value kindness, communication, reliability, and creating a positive environment for our children, and we are hoping to find someone who feels like a great fit for our family.
