A little bit about us
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m [Your Name], and I have the absolute honor of standing here today as [Bride's Name]'s Maid of Honor. I’ve known [Bride's Name] for [X years], and over that time, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing her grow into the incredible woman she is today.
I met [Bride's Name] when [briefly share how you met—this could be funny or sentimental]. From the moment we met, I knew she was someone special. She has a way of making everyone around her feel seen, heard, and loved. But what I think is most incredible about [Bride's Name] is her heart. It’s big, it’s pure, and it’s full of kindness. She has this ability to make you feel like you matter, even when life gets busy or overwhelming.
And then, along came [Groom's Name]. From the first moment [Bride's Name] talked about him, I could tell something was different. She smiled in that way she only does when she's completely smitten, and I knew this was someone special. Over time, I saw how [Groom's Name] brought out the best in her—how he encouraged her, made her laugh, and, above all, made her feel truly loved. You can just see the way they look at each other—the kind of love that most people only dream of.
[Insert a funny or heartwarming anecdote about the couple here—something that shows their bond or a sweet/funny moment between them.]
To [Bride's Name] and [Groom's Name], I want to say this: what you two have is rare, and it’s beautiful. You’ve built a partnership based on respect, laughter, and mutual support, and that’s something to be cherished every day. As you embark on this next chapter together, know that you have the love and support of all of us here. We’re so excited to watch you both grow together, hand in hand, as you continue to make memories and build the life of your dreams.
To my best friend, [Bride's Name], thank you for being the most amazing person in my life. I’m so grateful to have been by your

Job duties would include caring for our 6 month old infant and 3.5-year-old daughter. We are considering putting our 3.5-year-old into a Mother’s Day Out program, but not sure on that front yet. If we do that, you may be requested to drop off and/or pick her up. Reliable transportation is required, and preferably first aid and CPR certification.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation would be requested as well as laundry— for the children only.
