Looking for Experienced Adult to help with homework, dinner, and preparing lunches for next day. Light cleaning of kitchen and help Kayden with his laundry laundry/occasional help with deep clean of his bedroom. I will also need some to help drive him to various appoints for such as tutoring or medical appointments. Doug (Father) and I are retired veterans and we work from home however, I have a back disability. Therefore, we usband Doug are looking for someone to help me and Kayden while Doug leaves on various trips as we don’t have nearby family. Additionally, we are looking for someone who would be willing and able to stay and house sit our home with our Yorkies (Dogs). I breed Yorkshire Terriers and operate a small Grooming and sewing business. Nanny will have a private bedroom, bathroom, AND Living Room.
For Doug’s business trips the hours would be around 35 per week Mon-Fri 3pm-9pm. Hourly rate of payment applied. More than welcome to stay over however, shift will end at 9pm.
House/Dog Sitting would be stay overnight/care for our Pack. 24/7 Care (overnight) payment applied.
Both conditions will include:
Meals/utilities/use of home amenities included. Workout room, Pool, & Hot Tub! Use of vehicle and or gas money. As well as any other fees incurred.

I am looking for someone to help with my daughter she will be 3 in July. Her dad is a firefighter so we will need help on his days at work Monday - Friday typically is just 1-2 days a week 7:30am - 4:30pm. She does have tree nuts allergies and we have an epi on hand at all times. Would be very helpful if you had cpr certification. We do have a playful puppy who is a lover that is our daughters best friend she is an outside dog.
