I am looking for someone to be at my home a few days a week. I would like someone who will do light housecleaning and dinner prep (a couple times a week).
My main expectation is that you give the children direction to do their chores and tasks (homework/reading, projects, chores). Projects could be things like assistance sorting and organizing clothes/closets/dressers or sorting toys in the playroom (again directing the kids to do it, not doing it yourself).
In order of my priorities my expectations are:
1. Check in with kids and give them direction on tasks. (Daily)
2. Making lunch or lunch suggestions. Making or prepping dinner or doing shopping lists/online orders.
3. Light housecleaning like dishes, wiping counters, etc. (as needed or a couple of times a week, mostly directing and helping kids do it).
My kids:
Linkoln is 12 and is very independant. He needs ocassional reminders to do his tasks but can care for himself and the other kids (he is able to keep everyone alive and fed if needed).
Lucas is 9 and very social and caring. He needs constant supervision and a light touch to either stay on task or remember what his tasks are. He will work hard with the right motivation. At times he will get overwhelmed and frustrated and give up or rebel.
Lexi is 7 and she is very kind and respectful. She tends to entertain herself. She loves reading, drawing, crafting, etc.

The right person for our family will be fully Covid vaccinated (with booster if more than 6 months since last vaccine). Must have a clean driving record.
We have a 2 year old girl, 6 year old boy, and a teenager. You will be responsible for driving the 6 year old and teenager to and from school each day in one of our vehicles. Your day will primarily be with just our 2 year old unless the 6 year old is out of school. We are looking for a fun and energetic loving person to do activities with our younger kids. Take them to the park. Do arts and crafts. Get on the ground and play with toys. That sort of thing. We are not opposed to screen time but would prefer it limited during the day. Doing very light housework like cleaning up after the kids and some dishes when needed. Both parents work from home. We have a small dog and cat in the home as well.
