Hello, my name is Megan Stewart and I’m 24 years old. I am a blonde hair, blued eyed energetic and outgoing woman, who loves children like they were her own. I have been CPR, AED, and first aid certified since I was 16.
I have been working with kids since I was 12 years old, with my first job being a babysitter for my old neighbors who now have 12 children. I went to Woodcreek High School in Roseville, starting in 2007 and graduating in 2011.
Shortly after, when I turned 18, I landed my first job as a child care attendant at California Family Fitness in Rocklin. I worked there for almost 3 years and loved it. Some of my duties included, but weren’t limited to doing different arts and crafts with the children, doing something they called circle time, which is where I would sing to the kids to a cd, play different games, and lots of cleaning, organizing and disinfecting of various toys and surfaces.
A couple months after leaving California Family Fitness, I started working for a family that I found on They have three children who, when I started working, were 10, 12, and 4 months. Three and a half years later, I was still working for there family and now they are 13, 15, and 3 1/2. I absloultly adore there family still and have grown such an amazing bond with each and everyone of the family members, which I feel is an important role of a nanny. Sadly, I no longer work for there family since there youngest will be attending school full time.
I would love to find a new job that would be full time from 8-5 or 7-4 or even 9-6. I’m extremely flexible but definitely need something full time or 30 hours or more a week.

I have 2 years experience as a nanny for 2 children. I’ve also helped raised my brother whom is now 9. I have open availability and can start ASAP. I have other experience in dance and arts and I’m very organized. Having a younger brother has made me love helping kids and watching them grow.

In September 2008, my brother and his wife gave birth to a baby boy. When I realized they needed help with a nanny (they both had full time jobs) I moved up to live with them for 8 months. Changing, feeding, napping and teaching this wonderful baby was my day to day life. After 8 months and a promotion at my brother's job, his wife was able to stay at home with the baby like she'd always hoped for. Once my nanny-duty was over my sister discovered she was pregnant! I moved back down to Folsom to help my sister and fiancé once her beautiful baby boy was born. She and her fiancé both had full time jobs for about 1 1/2 years. During that time I spent every day with this baby teaching caring for and providing unconditional love. I've always been told I have an amazing natural motherly instinct. After a year and a half of me spending every day with my nephew, his father decided to quit his job and go to school full time- leaving him much more time with his son. I started working full time at my current job at the home depot. I love it there, but my love of caring for and teaching children over powers that and it’s something I'm great at and love to do.

I have 5 years of hand-on experience being a child care provider. I started as a preschool teacher assistant and for the past 4 years I have worked as a full-time nanny with 2 different families. I have not only taken care of the children but also offered light housework, ran errands, and did the laundry.

She was very care and because she takes psychology classes she was able to give more extra care . She has a children class and she takes care and encourage them to do better for a better future. - Ernesto

Ashmita S.

Ashmita is very caring, respectful, timely, and dependable! I’m a single mom and she’s been both an amazing friend and an excellent babysitter for my daughter. I’ve had to work late a few times and she has been able to pick her up from daycare and take care of her until I’m able to get off work. My daughter loves her and so do I! Highly recommend! - Alicia
