I think what makes me such a great nanny is that I am a nanny in real life I have two grandchildren that I adore I seem to have a way with kids the kids I have cared for love me and I have grown to love them and their families. I do tend to spoil sometimes but that's part of being a grandparent I'm also good at being a disciplinary and setting boundaries.

As the oldest of five children I grew up helping my mother around the house as soon I was old enough to do so. Then, around the age of twelve, I began to baby-sit for two different families in my neighborhood (both families had two children between the ages of ages two and six). Shortly there after my two oldest cousins started having children. I would be called on to watch their children (infant to five years old). Responsibilities included changing diapers, making lunches, washing dishes, and finding things to entertain and educate them. In addition to working in the neighborhood and for my family, I have volunteered in my church's childcare program on Sundays (ages infant to five). Most recently I helped to care for my friends' two girls (infant and three year old) as needed. I was also available to stay at their home overnight whenever they were out of town. Other friends also have children and I am there "go to" babysitter.

I have had the wonderful pleasure of babysitting for different families starting at age 11 and continuing until college. At college, I missed it so I found a job babysitting a campus police officer's infant. I graduated in May and am once again looking to help a family in need. I have worked at a BOCES school with children of varying disabilities for 3 years during my breaks and summers in the summer school program. I absolutely love children and inspiring them as much as they inspire me. I was also a daycare teacher for 3 year olds for 1 year.

I have done after school programs and helped with head start programs. I have two younger siblings aged 11 and 15 who I cared for since I was 13. I have babysat for family friends and also on vacations I was the main caretaker for my siblings and friends children. I have 1+ year paid nanny experience with a little boy named Jack. The family was re-located to Arizona due to their careers.

I have one daughter who is 36. While she was a toddler until the age of four I had a small daycare in my home. I was responsible for three additional babies during that time. Three years ago I became a nanny once again and cared for three little girls from infancy until June when I relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida from Austin, TX. I hoping to find a family to help them with their most precious gift, their child.

Hello, My past childcare experience is vast: from watching up to 12 kids at once in a daycare, full time nanny position for twins 4 month old until they were two, to part time baby sitting. I started babysitting when I was only ten. When I was 18, I started watching four month old twins. Learning to handle multiples wasn't hard, but it did require scheduling. I am not only dependable and hardworking; I am a task oriented, organized, and friendly.
