A little bit about me
excellent care to your child and support for your family. For over six years I have cared for children, birth
through elementary school, in different capacities. Starting as a 12 year old volunteer in my church’s
nursery, volunteering in schools, orphanages, hospital pediatric units, and most recently as a nanny, I
have cultivated skills in ensuring children’s emotional and physical wellbeing.
I put my heart into my work as a nanny. I believe it is vital to foster a relationship with children built on
mutual trust and respect. I believe this is best achieved through being fully present and engaged while
investing in their growth and development by creating a safe, loving, and structured environment. I truly believe it is my calling to work with children and have for as long as I can remember. My
qualification as a Registered Nurse gives me special insight into a child’s wellbeing. I can rock any baby
to sleep and have been frequently called the “baby whisperer.” I am passionate about healthy food,
books, music, and art and love sharing that with others. I am meticulous and very organized. I am great
at keeping schedules and routines while at the same time am flexible to adapt to new situations and
opportunities. I maintain open communication with parents and appropriately act on feedback received.
I really look forward to speaking with you more about your family’s needs and how I could be a part of
your child’s life.
