A little bit about me
My name is Michele Rodger and I’m excited about the opportunity to support families as a trusted and caring nanny. As a mother of two wonderful boys—now thriving young adults—I bring not only years of firsthand parenting experience but also the emotional intelligence, patience, and attentiveness that are essential in a caregiver role. In addition to my personal experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and had a successful career in HR. Throughout my career I've been known for my reliability, responsibility and integrity...qualities I'll bring into this new chapter. Friends and former colleagues describe me as warm, honest, and calm under pressure. I'm sure these attributes will serve your family well, whether managing daily routines, helping with homework (eventually :), or simply being a steady, friendly, and a caring presence in your child's life. I bring years of firsthand life experiences and reference letters; and would love to talk about your family's needs!

A little bit about me
for many years before starting a family; I thought I had it all figured out... imagine my surprise when I became a Mom and came to fully understand all the tiny worries that make up every little decision and all great big moments of firsts and lasts that glitter the days!!
I have spent two decades working my way up the corporate ladder but after being laid off from Chubb, I made a choice to stay home with my babies and enjoy some time indulging in all the little moments! Both kids are busy all day and I’m looking to spend some time helping another family while they are learning!
I do have some flexibility in hours for before and after school. We are always happy to have kids join us on weekends but, full disclosure, they would have to join us at games and on runs to the grocery store! Hoping to find a family that because part of our extended family ;)
