I’m almost 15 and i love kids. I’ve watched my two siblings since I was about 9 years old. I babysit for a lot of people in my family and family friends. I have experience with disabled children and new borns. I am in high school so I don’t have the best availability but I can be flexible.
Well, I've worked with plenty of different family's, with babysitting. Have babysat since I was about 15 so about 6 years. And then I also worked with one specific family for over 2 years and absolutely loved it!!
Childcare is not just a job for me but more of a lifestyle. My mother has been doing childcare since I was about 4 years old so it is something i am accustomed to. I am also very involved in a church community where I babysat as a way to serve the families in my church. This ranges from caring for the children overnight to just a few hours. For children from 4months old to children 12years old. from just one child to eight children at a time.
I am the oldest of 7. As a teenager I would take care of my younger siblings (5) along with our neighbors children (3)for a total of 8+ children at a time. As I grew up I would tend Neighbors kids on call, whenever needed. I now have an 8 yr old who loves to help with younger children and is at school during the day.
I love working with children and have had many opportunities to do just that. Growing up, I had many babysitting jobs with families in my neighborhood. This allowed me to learn how to handle multiple kids of different ages. I also worked as a substitute teacher at biokids day care at the university of Utah. This involved working with both infants and toddler/pre-school children. I am currently a stay at home mom to my adorable 1 year old daughter - my pride and joy.
I have done a lot of babysitting and nanny jobs for friends and family and have taken child development. I have been around children of all ages for most of my life, I also basically raised my younger sister.
