A little bit about me
My name is Kerra, I am 24 and mommy of 1 boy (Jul 2024)! In addition to my own little guy, I have 6 younger siblings, the youngest being 7, and have quite a decent amount of childcare experience with that alone! But I also have been babysitting/nannying outside of my own family since I was 13. I would love to work with all ages! I adore newborns and am very comfortable with them! I also have experience with children who are ADD/ADHD. As a mom myself, I am constantly searching for and learning about new ways to interact and play with children to aid in growth and development. I am hoping to find a family I work well with, that would also be okay with my son being around. That being said, my schedule and pay would be extremely flexible! While I don't currently have first aid training or cpr certifications I am willing to obtain them!

A little bit about me
I have experience working with young children in a daycare setting, where I work as a Teacher Assistant. I have cared for children of different ages and helped create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for them. My experience includes supervising children throughout the day, helping with meals and snacks, diaper changes and bathroom routines, nap time, indoor and outdoor play, and keeping play areas clean and organized. I also enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, reading, music, sensory play, and circle time. I am patient, caring, responsible, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Working in childcare has taught me how important it is for children to feel safe, comfortable, supported, and cared for while also having fun and learning.
