A little bit about us

My husband and I are looking for a nanny for the summer break. We have 7 year old twins who love to get outdoors, swim, read, do crafts, etc.

We have two dogs, two guinea pigs, a fish, and live next to Hyland Park Preserve. We'd love it if we found someone who would take the kids out to the park to play in the park or go to the Nature Center on a daily basis so that the kids have as much outdoor time as possible throughout the summer season.

We would like someone to start right after school gets out in June and go until school begins in September. We will probably have 2 or 3 weeks during the summer where we travel.

We would like for the nanny to have a vehicle, but would prefer the kids walk or bike to the park throughout the season. The kids do their chores and are well-behaved, but someone who could help tidy the house each day would be another bonus.

A little bit about us

Looking for a summer nanny from June 5 - Sept. 3 for a 6 year old boy and 6 year old girl. Both kids like to spend a lot of time outdoors during the summer, going on bike rides, to the park, short hikes, etc. They also enjoy crafts, drawing and other more mellow activities. They are only allowed very limited screen time. However, we believe they should be able to entertain themselves, so while we hope to find someone who enjoys spending time with them, we don't expect someone to entertain them all day.

Ideally, we want someone who is patient, kind, reliable and will help to nurture their interests.

Hours would be roughly 9-4. But we can be flexible on the timing, depending on the right candidates needs.
