The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with some full-day coverage needed during school breaks.
Responsibilities include picking up from Montessori school, preparing lunch, assisting with nap time, and engaging in fun, enriching activities throughout the afternoon. Light housework, including tidying up after play, meal prep, and laundry, is also expected.
We live in Saugerties in a peaceful, wooded area with a friendly dog, so comfort with pets is necessary. A car and clean driving record are required for school pickups and occasional outings. Ideally, we’d love to find someone looking for a long-term position, as we hope to build a lasting relationship as our family grows.
Competitive pay is offered, with the option of full-time employment (on the books with benefits and paid time off) or an hourly arrangement (off the books). Travel opportunities may also be available in the future.
If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!

A little bit about us
I am going back to work since being off since February. I will need Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am-4pm. I know this can be a long day, so if you aren't available for the full day we can work something out. I will definitely need some light housework and maybe some of the kid's laundry done during the day. If possible some cooking as well for the kids.
