A little bit about me

Hi, I am a lifetime resident of Oxford and absolutely love it here. I have four adult children, fifteen grandchildren, and a new great granddaughter.
I started keeping children when I was a teenager for family and friends. I loved it so much I had five children when I got married. Unfortunately I lost my daughter Alicia when she was four months old. She was my second so I had two more boys before God blessed me with another daughter.
I have dealt with numerous minor emergencies and a few not so minor emergencies with my four. I am CPR certified, First Aid certified and Basic Life Support.
I am a veteran and have an Associates Degree in Business.

A little bit about me

Hey, Y’all! I am a sophomore at the University of Mississippi, but am originally from Dallas, Texas. I have watched over 100+ kids since I have been twelve, whether it was babysitting, taking care of family, volunteering, friends, etc. Specifically I have taken care of young toddlers aged 3+, with oldies kids aging up to 13, children with special needs, and children with severe ADHD. Overall I am a quick-learner who loves to teach and play games with kids!! I am not the kind of caretaker that just sits back and plays on my phone; I will be up and actively playing games with your kids and cooking for them and cleaning/organizing the house as well (if allowed). I have my own car and can pick them up and take your precious cargo wherever they need to go. I can nanny during this summer, or fall semester but in the fall I will have a few classes, although I can easily move them around to fit a schedule so that I can still watch over your children need be. Thank for your consideration and if you have any questions feel free to message me any way!!
Blessings

Contracts for Full-Time Nannies in Oxford, MS

When finalizing the details of your full-time nanny position, it’s important to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The easiest way to do this is to create a job offer for your full-time nanny position.

In your full-time nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. In writing out the responsibilities of your full-time nanny, you might also choose to add some responsibilities that are specific to your families’ needs like if you expect your full-time nanny to travel with you and the details around travelling with your live-in nanny. If you want to run a background check on the candidates for your full-time nanny position, you can give a job offer that is contingent upon the results of the background check.

When considering what it means for your full-time nanny when you take vacation, you should also consider how you want to handle their vacation time, and other aspects of their compensation. This includes a full-time nanny salary, over-time, benefits, and any expenses like food and gas. And don’t forget to be clear about how and when you plan on paying your live-in nanny with a nanny payroll service or by yourself.

After presenting your job offer, you can create a contract for your full-time nanny to create the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny. And of course, as you learn how to hire a full-time nanny, Nanny Lane's nanny services are here to help you along the way.
