A little bit about me
My name is Meg, and I'm a 29yo mother of two boys aged 2 and 13 (bonus son). I believe parenthood and raising children is an ultimate experience in life. After some life changing medical discoveries in my family this past fall, I left the FT corporate world to care for those most important to me. Now, six months later, we've generally recovered but the experience has left me with new priorities. I'm hoping to take the mental space I was dedicating to the corporate world and instead support families.
I have experience providing for children age 0-2, and 7+. I'll have a fresh CPR certification before the end of the month and things like car safety, food safety, safe sleep, and childproofing are paramount to the experience.
I'm looking forward to connecting with you and your family!

A little bit about me
While I have loved running a classroom, I find that I do my best work when I can focus on children one-on-one. I love watching children grow, reach new milestones, and learn at their own pace.
What I bring to your family:
4 years as a lead toddler teacher: Experienced with daily routines, potty training, sensory play, and early learning.
School paraprofessional experience: Great at giving individual attention, patience, and specialized learning support.
12+ years of hands-on experience: Experienced as both a caregiver and a mom.
I am looking for a lower-ratio role, such as a nanny position, where I can offer personal, attentive care. I would love the chance to talk and see if I am a good fit for your family.
Thank you,
Erica Filippone
