A little bit about me

I have twin 17yr old daughters and a 22yr old son who is a marine. I am 50yrs old and spent majority of my work taking care of the elderly some special care needs. I love what I do and take pride in it. My only issue is attachment. I tend to become very close with my clients. Thank you for taking the time to hear a little about me.

A little bit about me

Hello,

I hope this finds the reader well.

I’m available part time preferably, I am open to full time depending on hours.

I am a nurse of 27 years, many in pediatrics. I adore children, and a retrospective shows me I’ve been my happiest and had the most to offer around children re; myself and my skills.

However, I would like to cease practicing medicine and do what brings me happiness . My license is in perfect standing and I’d be happy to furnish any interest in that. I would however like to remain caring for children. My youngest is a teen, I’ve raised two beautiful and kind people. I would treat anyone’s child as I always have, no less than I would treat my own. And if there were ever a need for emergency medical childcare, I would certainly do so. I set the bar very high re; my expectations with my children, and would give the same back.

Basically a mom and a nurse who would like to change my occupation and thoroughly enjoy what I do again.

Thank you very much,

Tara Salerno

A little bit about me

* Hi 😌 I’m grateful you’re reading my Nanny Lane Profile! I have been working with children for over 15 years in Local Day Care Centers, Churches, and also as a Private Nanny, both short and longer term. I adore children of all ages and really consider working with them one of the biggest parts of my life’s purpose. I do my best to Be as interactive as possible when around kids and find educational and playful activities to incorporate into every meeting that I feel would help them to learn, grow, laugh, and relax once I find out their specific interests and joys! I am dedicated to providing a safe, warm, creative, open minded and hearted, reliable, loving, respectful, and fun environment that is trauma informed and hopefully will help your child(ren) thrive and feel free to be themselves. I’m glad to help with specific cleaning tasks and can provide healthy, well rounded meals as I have worked as an Eco- Friendly House Cleaner and Private Chef. Thank you so much for considering me!❣️

In your full-time nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. In writing out the responsibilities of your full-time nanny, you might also choose to add some responsibilities that are specific to your families’ needs like if you expect your full-time nanny to travel with you and the details around travelling with your live-in nanny. When considering what it means for your full-time nanny when you take vacation, you should also consider how you want to handle their vacation time, and other aspects of their compensation. This includes a full-time nanny salary, over-time, benefits, and any expenses like food and gas.
