A little bit about me

I worked as a art teacher for boys and girls club where I taught Arts to ages 5 to 12 years of age. I have taught Sunday School fourth graders. I have been involved with handicapped youth since 2011 and also handicapped adults and Senior. I've received many years of training in this area which can be adaptable to child care. I began child care training approximately in 2016. I have had children with handicaps my self since my son had hyper attention deficit and also my youngest child had autism. At the center I cooked meals preparing them for the following day and provided care for three and a half days for a young adult who had autism and was mentally handicapped. I have also received training for early childhood development. As a mother I scheduled outings for my children to keep them busy. I feel that happy busy child with a daily schedule and routine is important but also you need to be flexible and tuned into that child's need for that certain day.

A little bit about me

I’m a stay at home mom and student (become a elementary teacher) to 3 kids ages boy 9, boy 3 1/2, and girl 7 months. Just looking to contribute to household income. Have always enjoy being around kids and helping them learn (hence why I’m going into teaching) ive done several babysitting gigs over the years was working fulltime till about 2 years ago. I can help with homework, shopping, light house/ yard work anything just ask. Can come to your house or mine but would have to bring my kids as well. A little about my kids: we love going to parks, playing in our back yard, playing in the water in the warmer months, doing crafts, and playing games. I am currently not cpr or first aid certified but can get if needed. Also not afraid of pets I have a 10 year old dog at home.

When finalizing the details of your full-time nanny position, it’s important to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The easiest way to do this is to create a job offer for your full-time nanny position.

In your full-time nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. In writing out the responsibilities of your full-time nanny, you might also choose to add some responsibilities that are specific to your families’ needs like if you expect your full-time nanny to travel with you and the details around travelling with your live-in nanny. When considering what it means for your full-time nanny when you take vacation, you should also consider how you want to handle their vacation time, and other aspects of their compensation. This includes a full-time nanny salary, over-time, benefits, and any expenses like food and gas.
