A little bit about us…
Looking for minimum of 8 hours of Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Hours 8:15 to 4:15. Opportunity for Wednesdays also depending on preference of family and nanny. Start date would be the 2nd week in May to overlap with me prior to going back to work.
One infant who needs care throughout the day. In the future, we would hope for some playdates with other children her age or other opportunities that pop up.
One preschooler who would need help getting ready for school during school year and during the summer may need additional cares and some transportation. For our preschooler 4 yo, we are hoping for someone who will engage him with fun ways to help him prepare more for kindergarten through play and other social interaction with other preschoolers. He has high functioning autism and needs just a little extra help similar to a 3 yo. We do not have his exact hours this summer, so more information to be provided in the future. We would like transportation to or from his summer school depending on hours.
We do have a dog who is a people loving lab hound mix.

Hi we live in Glastonbury and we are looking for a nanny to provide after school care for our three girls as well as house management. We will need you to take the girls off the bus, help them with homework, play with them and take them to after school activities as needed. Our three daughters are 8, 9 and 11. We will need you to have your own transportation. We may need some morning coverage depending on travel needs. Guarantee of 25 hours per week all year long and minimum 35 during the summer. Additional needs include organizing, managing house projects/repairs and errands as needed. We require a clean driving record. I work from home and my husband splits his work time between home and an office in Hartford. Our son, Chase, just turned 4. My mother is currently watching him for us from 9-5 four days a week. We are currently looking for a great nanny to care for Chase at our home two days a week so that we can gain 1 more day of coverage and my mother can cut back to 3 days.
Also, my husband and I are pregnant with our second child who’s due early-October. I will have about three months off work when she’s born and then I will go back to work.
Whenever you’re ready to start it would be part time guaranteed 2 days per week plus whatever works for both parties for extra babysitting/extra days etc. In October when our baby girl is born there’s opportunity to add more days with Chase and/or help out with the baby.
Ideally, we're looking for someone that could work and grow with us long-term dependent upon your needs and ours.
