The most challenging part for us, is we work night shift and while we have a great routine, some time we just need an extra body to help when one of us has an obligation and the other needs to be sleeping. We are looking for someone that can help us hold it together when things are busy. Your position would like be interactive with us. There may be some times when it would just be you and the kids, but likely one of us is home-- sleeping or working.
