We are a Roland park family looking to hire someone to help our family. We have a 10 year old son and a 6 year old daughter and are expecting a new baby in May. We don't have any family in the area. We would love to find someone who might become an adopted aunt/uncle/grandparent for our kids and an extra set of hands to support all of us.
We would be looking for someone in the mornings and late afternoon/evenings (maybe [phone number hidden] am and 3-7:30/8pm) to help juggle a wide range of needs. A retired teacher, or a parent of grown children with lots of experience would be ideal.

Looking for someone 3 days (you pick your 3, Tues/Weds/Thurs/Fri. Will need you to pick up my son from school at 1140. Someone will always be home by 430! We are an easy going family and pretty flexible, but looking for more consistency then our current childcare situation can (understandably) offer at this time!
We encourage outings and also have family and friends very local! Must be vaccinated against COVID!
