-Nanny would have to be flexible as i work in the hospital and my schedule changes every 6 weeks
-Must be reliable and trustworthy
-Hours are approximately 7a.m. 5:30p.m.
-We live in Sterling Heights
-Nanny must be patient, calm, great with kids, creative, willing to bake with them, be creative and do crafts as well as science projects. We practice gentle,yet firm parenting and would like to Ensure you would do the same.
*we homeschool so ideally I would like somebody that is great at communication and can collaborate with my husband and I. I don’t expect you to homeschool but reinforcing their learning, being into educational play and and contributing to a positive environment is imperative.
Our kids have such fun imaginations and lots of energy. We would need somebody who doesn’t mind being in the backyard rain or shine and doesn’t mind getting dirty. Creativity and being interactive with our children is important for us.
Our ideal match must love kids, have their own transportation, be CPR certified and be willing to be flexible with our schedule.
