A little bit about us
Hi! I’m Ella, and my family lives in Spanish Lake. My husband and I run a growing small business and are looking for a kind, dependable, energetic, experienced Nanny / Family Assistant to become part of our family.
We have three energetic children: a 4-year-old girl, 1-year-old boy, and 4-month-old boy. They enjoy reading, crafts, outdoor play, singing, learning, and helping cook.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, approximately 9 AM–5/6 PM
Benefits: PTO + paid major holidays
Start: Paid one-week trial
Our children always come first. We want someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with them—not someone who spends the day on their phone.
Responsibilities include:
* Attentive care for all 3 children
* Planning fun, educational activities
* Early learning, songs, crafts, and reading
* Preparing nutritious meals/snacks
* Infant care and potty-training help
* Transportation to activities/appointments
* Children’s laundry and organizing their spaces
* Dishes, light cleaning, and organization as time allows
* Occasional groceries/errands
We generally do not allow screen time unless approved.
Our oldest is bright, independent, and strong-willed. We need someone loving and nurturing who can confidently maintain boundaries. Open communication and flexibility are important, as our business can make plans change quickly.
Potential availability for Friday date nights a few times per month and family travel is a plus.
Requirements: Childcare experience with infants/toddlers; reliable vehicle; valid driver’s license; non-smoker; references; background check; and comfort transporting children. CPR/First Aid preferred.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about our children’s health, happiness, safety, and development and wants to become a trusted part of our family.
If interested, please message me with your experience, availability, and a little about yourself!

We are looking for an energetic, organized and reliable nanny. We have three children Lilly who is 16. Carmody who is 8. She is very energetic, curious and helpful. John who is 4 years old and is very active. They are in school Monday-Friday. We need weekday help bringing the kids to school in the morning and pickup/afterschool help 4 days per week. A few of the other responsibilities would include school lunch and snack prep, cleaning and organizing of kids rooms, laundry, packing for trips and occasional travel if available. (Passport preferred). Schedule is flexible but would require occasional weekend trips. Position would also require that you are comfortable around boats and the water (swimming and dock safety) as we spend a lot of our time during the summer months at our lake house in the Ozarks. We look forward to finding a good fit for our family!
