We are a family of 3 (mom, dad, baby)! We have 2 cats. Mom works from home as a Sr pre-construction manager with travel (~2-5 days of travel per month). Dad’s hours are 5:00am – 5:30pm, mom’s hours are 8:00am-4:00pm. Our parenting approach is loving and playful while setting clear boundaries. We maintain a structured schedule to maintain sleep schedules and optimize productivity in our home. We hope you can help us maintain this!
We love spending time outside and long walks. We discourage screen time. We prefer to focus on learning through doing, such as playing, crafts, reading, singing, and exploring. Our son takes 2 naps per day (morning and afternoon). Our weekends comprise of hiking, exploring, and going to the playground.

Mom and Dad both work outside the home, so we need help with taking the boys to extra-curriculars around Princeton (soccer, basketball, chess, math, etc.). Also, need help with basic food prep for the boys when they get home from school. The dog appreciates a walk and some fetch every now again as well. Both boys are sweet, well-mannered, get along worh each other, and low stress. They will have homework but generally handle this on their own.
We need a responsible and well organized person to support us with all of the moving parts! Hours would likely be around 2:30 to 6:30 PM or so, but could discuss this further.

Hi ! I'm looking for a caring nanny to help my family care for my little one who will be 7 months old in May when I'm back at work. I'm looking for someone who can come from noon to 5 pm Mon - Friday. As time goes on and depending on my job, this could turn into a 9-5 time commitment if okay with the nanny. Expectation is for our nanny to drive to our apartment by themselves. We will provide food (Indian food some days when we cook or you are welcome to help yourself to groceries to make sandwiches/salads etc.) No problem if you prefer to bring your own food, but we would like to make it a bit easier for you if we can. My little one is really sweet and my family is extremely welcoming to any guests who come to our home.
