Broadview Heights family seeking an experienced, long-term Nanny/Family Assistant to support four children (ages 9, 8, 6, and 2) and help keep a busy household running smoothly. This is a collaborative role for a professional nanny who enjoys managing daily routines, fostering child development, and providing dependable household support.
The ideal candidate has several years of professional nanny experience, including caring for multiple children and toddlers, and is confident working independently. After an initial training period, you will be responsible for managing the children's daily schedules, helping maintain structure and routines, and creating a positive, nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting children's routines, independence, and accountability
• Assisting with homework and educational enrichment
• Managing transitions between school, activities, and home
• Children's laundry, bedding, and organization of children's spaces
• Unpacking backpacks, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and light kitchen resets
Our ideal candidate is:
• An experienced professional nanny with a strong background caring for multiple children of varying ages
• Highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally reliable
• Compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and invested in child development
• A strong communicator who works collaboratively with parents

There is flexibility with the schedule (part time would work also and the schedule can be adjusted).
We are looking for someone that will enjoy teaching him and playing with him.
He still naps once during the day so helping prepare meals for him and some light housework will be part of the job.
