We are looking for someone who can help support Emily homeschool the kiddos M/W/F and also manage household duties on T/TH (when the kids are at school) which will sometimes include school pickup and rides to activities.
We hope to find someone who loves big families, isn’t afraid of the numbers and enjoys working with intelligent curious minds. We’ve got some smart kiddos and we want them to continue to excel at school but realize Emily will need more support than just herself.

The ideal situation would be that the nanny lives with us full time. For this we would pay full room and board as well as a salary.
My wife is a full time stay at home mom, so she will be partnering with the nanny daily. We homeschool our kids, so our schedule does not change from summer to a school year.
When we travel we would hope to bring the nanny along with us as often as possible with airfare and a bedroom being part of our cost to bare.
Thank you for considering working with us.

Interviewing for a Housekeeper Nanny Position in Eugene, OR
After talking to a few employers, you’ll be invited for a housekeeping nanny job interview. Here are a few housekeeping nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What qualities do you have that make you a good housekeeping nanny?
- What do you enjoy about looking after a home?
- How many years of experience do you have with house cleaning?
In a housekeeping nanny job interview, you’ll have the opportunity to provide your nanny references and ask any questions that you would like to know about them.
