We’re looking for an experienced, caring nanny to join a nanny share for our infant daughter (5 months old at start). We plan to partner with another local family with a baby of similar age.
Schedule
Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with overtime available
Typical hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday–Thursday (Fridays optional coverage with overtime)

Reliable transportation required (the position involves rotating care between both families’ homes)

We have 2 children, Logan (5) and Leo (almost 1) . Logan loves playing outside, doing art projects and would also help my husband build a table if I let him. Leo likes just about everything and is unstoppable. He doesn’t stop moving.
We also have two dogs that are very loving.
My husband works every other week out of town and I could really use an extra set of hands at home with our little guys. Likely around 20 hours per week and willing to do a nanny share. We can discuss work days and hours as we are flexible.

You will definitely need to be someone who can match his high energy for rough play and meet him in his vibrant imaginary world. We are not a screen-using family, so you will definitely be busy having fun with him. For now, all your work will be based in our home and our son will be your primary focus. We live on 16 acres with lots of space to play. We may need help with drop off and pick up at his various activities. Lastly, I need help with house chores and ensuring the schedule moves smoothly throughout the day. You won't be responsible for any deep cleaning, but I will ask for your help with daily chores like; garbage, recycling, dishes, laundry, sweeping, general pick up, etc. I work full time as a nurse case manager at the
