**Flexible Schedule & Open to Nanny Share** Hello! I‘m recruiting a nanny to care for our youngest son who will be 4-months-old in March. I work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm but my husband is an RN with a non-traditional schedule, so our childcare hours can vary, and we can also be very flexible with your schedule as needed. We had a great experience with a nanny share when our older son was a baby, so we are interested in another nanny share so you can earn a higher hourly rate from two families’ combined budget. Please apply if you are:
> Currently caring for an infant under one years old (either your own or for another family) and open to a nanny share
> OR Interested in single family nannying only but comfortable with pay range of $10.25-15/hr (depending on experience)
> Interested in 20-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule
> Comfortable sharing recent and relevant references.
> We also have a 5yo son who is in school full-time (until 5pm) and a springer spaniel who is friendly and also crate-trained.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions if you are interested but something is unclear. I look forward to hearing from you!

We are looking for a loving, responsible, experienced, confident caregiver to care for our 15-month-old for about 15 hours (Tues-Thurs) per week and is comfortable taking our toddler and dog for walks. We are looking for someone who is naturally kind, patient, calm, flexible, has a good work ethic and can help our little one move through new developmental phases.
We ask for light housekeeping such as sweeping, cleaning used bottles and laundry of diapers or baby clothes only. We seek someone who has their own transportation and comfortable heading to local dog parks/hikes. We live in NE Bend and have a 4 year old that will normally be at pre-school but may need a pick-up once a week.

Best,
Tomas and Amanda

My son is currently 10 months old and is a very happy guy! My schedule isn't set yet but I will be working about 30 hours from home. I am very open to nanny sharing. We have no pets and would mostly just need care for the child, possibly some laundry just for him and meal prep just for him.
