There will be some pick up/drop offs required for our oldest son for appointments and sports activities and during the school year walking our oldest across the street to school and picking him up. Light housework and meal prep required and some specific time working on reading, writing and math. We also like to take the kids to the park and play outside on a regular basis.

I live in Redmond and work in Bend .
I’m an Independent hairstylist making my schedule super flexible . My fiancé works in a care facility for elderly . Usually 10pm-6am. Making him home during the day but needing to sleep for some portion of it
Right now I’m doing a ton of research into what our style of parenting is going to be .
.
We are open to nanny share .
Not completely sure how many hours we will be needing care 2-5 days a week yet.
Right now I’ll be using this profile to read the many nanny profiles and see what is out there :)
I’ll update our info as I know more

A little bit about us
We have two kids (2.5 years and 4 months) and are looking for someone who's good with young kids and will engage in a meaningful way, not just supervise. You’d likely only be with one of the kids at a time.
Our older son loves anything outdoors, crafts, reading, baking, etc. We practice gentle parenting with Montessori & Waldorf influences. No screens, and we try to get him outside as much as possible.
Ideally this person would be flexible on timing, able to drive to activities, cook lunches and sometimes breakfast, and help me pick up around the house while he naps.
Must be comfortable with dogs, we have 2.
Let us know if you're interested, we look forward to meeting you!
