Looking into Nanny share as an option for child care as I like the flexibility and reasonability versus a nanny for my family alone. Baby boy isn't due until July 2020, and we likely won't need care until winter (beginning Nov-Jan timeframe) depending on how our parental leave works out. We may need as little as 2 days per week, but could be flexible on sharing additional days, as well as which days of the week and start/end hours. Our work schedules can be pretty flexible so we are mainly looking to find another family and nanny that is a good fit!

We are tidy/clean people, non-smokers, with one cat. We value the health and safety for our child above all else and would like our baby to be engaged, get some outdoor time, and be loved by the sharing family and nanny. Our ideal sharing family would also only have 1 child so as to keep the attention and engagement between the nanny and the kids manageable.

Its important to us that our nanny be experienced with infants and even better would be to have some early childhood education. A car and being a responsible driver is also important in case of emergencies.
