A little bit about us

Hello,
We are in search of a nanny to take care of my 3 year old son. He loves to talk and play outdoors. I also have. A 4 year old daughter whom would need to be picked up from school it is like a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk from my home. Nice outdoor activity for my son to have during the day.

The hours I am seeking would be monday-thursday from 8:30- 6 pm.

I do have a cat, Nanny should not be allergic to cats. The cat is very friendly as far as my cat goes there is no care that is needed. He stays outdoors all day.

A little bit about us

Hello my name is Grace and I am a stay at home mother with my soon to be 2 year old daughter Aria Rose Malaer. She was recently diagnosed with mild-moderate Autism and needs special attention. I also have a 4 year old chiweenie dog named Oliver. Aria is the sweetest little girl in the world but she is definitely going through some toddler tantrums now. Oliver is not vicious.. he acts tough but he's never bit anyone. He does bark a lot and if you sit he doesn't feel intimidated anymore and he has high anxiety. I don't really have family that is able to help baby sit and Im looking to potentially find a job soon and also just need help in general. My mother and father in law stays with us during the summer but my mother in law has MS and is not able to help instead I try to help my in laws as much as I can while they are here. I have no idea what the schedule looks like for a potential nanny. But what I am looking for is another family member that we can trust and rely on. Aria is my world and I have had very hard time trusting anyone that could watch her but I definitely do need a break here and there. We can definitely talk about a schedule, pay, etc but what's more important to me is if I can feel like I can trust our nanny and will be with us in the long run. With Aria having autism she does have social anxiety and it will take time for her to adjust someone she does not know. I will go over everything that needs to be known for her needs.
